As a young man I was a professional boxer.
Early in my career I recognized that to be
successful you have to be willing to work
harder, work longer, develop goals and strategy
and have enormous determination and energy.
Professionally, my boxing record was 10-0 with 6
knockouts and I defended the Kansas Heavyweight
Championship four times. After retiring from
boxing I worked for a multi-state utility
company where I successfully authored and
negotiated legislative bills that are now laws
governing the industry. Unfortunately, while
working at the utility company I also witnessed
how not to treat your customers. A lesson well
learned!

Hi, I am Sha (sounds like Shay). I would love
to work with you in to find the home that is
just right for you and your family. It is so
exciting when I show someone a home and we walk
in and their eyes light up because this is the
home they have been dreaming of. My favorite
thing to do is to hand someone the keys to their
new home.
I have over 25 years of sales experience, most
of that being a sales trainer for a large

My partner, Les Meyer, is also my big brother.
I like to say he is better looking and smarter,
but I will always be younger! We make a great
team…I look at buying or selling a home from a
woman’s and a salesperson’s point of view and
Les view’s it from a man’s point of view. So
when you put us in your corner, you get the BEST
of both perspectives.
I am married to the most wonderful man in the
world, truly the love of my life. We have 5
kids and 10 grandkids. Grandkids are the best!

I am a true Colorado native!
After “doing time”
in a neighboring state I am thrilled to be back
home and a part of the energy and excitement of
Northern Colorado.
It is so much a
vibrant and fun place to live and work.
Raised on a third generation family farm and
ranch in Eastern Colorado, I can offer you a

While new to the business of real estate I have
more than 15 years of combined experience in the
areas of economic development, strategic
planning, communication, marketing and
promotion, and government and media relations.
I have had many
opportunities to be involved in creating
regional synergies and community partnerships.
These experiences
enable me to bring a sound understanding of the
processes necessary to complete successful real
estate transactions as well as being able to
help you through the maze of local permitting.
Coming
home to Colorado brings me closer to family.
My parents, sisters and their families
are still involved in agriculture in the
Burlington and Idalia area.
My daughters, Sarah and her family are
now just a few hours away in Grand Junction and
Mary and her family are anticipating a move back
to Colorado from California this summer.
I love to bike, hike, explore new areas
and spend time spoiling my 3 adorable
grandchildren.

Prior to getting into the real estate business
my work experience has included management,
quality assurance, and most recently contract
administration in highly regulated commercial
and government environments.

and the front range area for over 100 years and
I am proud to call Colorado home.

are triplets.
