Tax Credit facts
- Any first time home buyers apply for an $8000 credit. This does not mean $8000 off on your taxes. This means $8000 in your pockets.
- Any other home buyers that have lived in their home for five years apply for a $6500 credit.
- Deadline: In order to to receive the tax credit you must be under contract by April 30th 2010
