As a young man I was a professional boxer. Early in my career I recognized that to be successful you have to be willing to work harder, work longer, develop goals and strategy and have enormous determination and energy. Professionally, my boxing record was 10-0 with 6 knockouts and I defended the Kansas Heavyweight Championship four times. After retiring from boxing I worked for a multi-state utility company where I successfully authored and negotiated legislative bills that are now laws governing the industry. Unfortunately, while working at the utility company I also witnessed how not to treat your customers. A lesson well learned!
